Job Description
Our technical setup is an essential part of our operations and success. We are looking for a Technical Administrator who can help support our team of VFX artists and the IO team.
The Technical Administrator will handle everything from new users, software licenses, new hardware, data / file management, archive and recovery and day-to-day ad hoc project related tasks. The Technical Administrator will also support the IO-team with setup and managing files to and from external partners, Creating approval files for clients as well as QC’ing files for final delivery.
The Technical Administrator will participate and assist our system admin, with maintaining and improving the infrastructure on which all the visual effects are created. If you have a sharp technical mind, a passion to learn, and want to be a part of a team creating award-winning visuals, then this is the role for you!
Required skills:

Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux/Osx operating systems

Able to clean install Windows and/or OSX workstations
-
Able to swap basic components in a PC
-
Able to install software and configure licensing on workstations
-
Able to troubleshoot malfunctioning hardware
-
Structured and organized
-
Self-motivated and proactive
-
Black belt in cable management
-
Committed to do great work
Nice to have, but not required - can be learned along the way:

Experience with active directory and user management
